IP connectivity The VOIP service is by nature a "real time" service that hardly puts up with delays and bandwidth saturation: a small delay in the delivery of a "package" can make the conversation incomprehensible. Our DSL services run over a network designed to support business applications and when delivered over ATM they allow to configurate a specific VC dedicated to VoIP services. When using other Providers, we suggest to check latency and other features, such as Qos or similar, to ensure good transit to VoIP services. |
