Provides automatic printing, enveloping and delivery of documents to the Italian post office or other primary distribution service.
We handle massive and priority delivering, we support black and white or color printing, in Italy and other countries.
Send documents via fax

Fax delivery provides automatic generation of fax format and fast transmission in Italy and abroad. We are already sending millions of messages a year for hundreds of Italian companies. All transmission retries handled by the service are included and the final status can be traced through an easy web interface.
Email delivery, the fastest solution

Automatic email delivery includes automatic message generation based on a template you can customize via web, attaching the document to the message. Delivery tracking is included and trasmission status is easy accessible via web.

You can upload documents in many formats. "Metadata" is information that will be used to index the documents and make them available for search

  • PDF files with their metadata
  • Spool "txt", generated by information systems, i.e. a structured list of documents in text format with separators. A solution is also available for AS/400.

 The streamlined configuration of the service is entirely Web-based through a configuration panel where you define: 

  • The document types to be stored,  eg. invoices, delivery notes etc..
  • The electronic storage time slots, according to the Italian law
  • The format of the data to be processed
  • Metadata, i.e. data that will be used for indexing and search, and for the electronic storage time slots
  • For Spool files: all the configuration parameters (position and type of metadata and layout, to be filled with data from the spool)
  • The users who can access the services
